Bayaud Enterprises was created in 1969 to serve the disabled population of Denver. Founders saw a need to provide real work experiences for individuals who may not be able to earn a livable wage on their own. As Bayaud Enterprises has grown over the years, it has provided services for more than 8,000 individuals, and has expanded its services to serve homeless or low-income individuals and families.

The key to Bayaud Enterprises’ success has been the melding of business contracts with a supportive, professional staff dedicated to the organizational mission. Bayaud Enterprises has a financial philosophy to keep overhead and operating costs to a minimum, directing 90% of our income to our invaluable employment services. In addition to the organization’s social enterprises and employment contracts, Bayaud depends on individual and corporate donors to fulfill our mission and expand its services.
