Niki McCuistion

 Niki Nicastro McCuistion, CSP; is a strategic performance coach, consultant and trainer. Her 30 plus years in business and nonprofits as a senior executive, sales person and nonprofit CEO gives her firsthand experience she incorporates in her work with businesses, social enterprises, nonprofits and associations. Her focus: developing and implementing strategies for transformational change that achieve profitable, sustainable results for the triple bottom line, people, planet and profits.

She has conducted strategic planning, leadership and board governance retreats and facilitated panel discussions with an international client list that reads like a Who’s Who in business, , from Apple to Toyota, the United States Marines, Cas- Argentina, JP Morgan Chase, the SPCA , United Way, CASA and hundreds more.

Niki is on the faculty of the University of Texas-, Dallas, Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance, CEO/ Non Profit track. As executive producer/ producer of the award winning McCuistion television program, now in its 25th year on KERA, PBS, Dallas she has coached dozens of speakers and business professionals with their communication and presentation skills.

A prolific writer, she has authored seven  business books; the latest two , specifically directed toward nonprofit strategy and development, Women Wealth and Giving and The Nonprofit Guide to Social Enterprise: Show Me the Unrestricted Money, a how to manual on earned income and sustainability. Her Selling Is Helping™ coaching process has been used by numerous sales/service providers.

Niki is a graduate of Coach University. She has received a Master’s in nonprofit business development and philanthropy from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota and an MBA in leadership and governance from the University of Dallas. Niki has earned the certified speaking designation from the National Speakers Association, a credential which is held by fewer than 10 % of the associations’ 4000 members. She is a Malone Fellow and an International Peace Federation Woman of Peace Ambassador.
