APCH has an exciting opportunity for an individual with a high degree of energy with a passion to make a difference in the community. Under the direction of and in collaboration with the PREP Program Lead, the PREP Program Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the Professional Readiness and Employment Program (P.R.E.P.). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting members with identifying career interests, administering career assessments, developing career plans and case management, coordinating and facilitating job readiness workshops, assisting with career-related events both on-site and off-site, and providing general support for programmatic initiatives. The PREP Program Coordinator implements program and agency goals, REACH objectives, agency best practices, and program efficiencies.

To perform this important job successfully, the PREP Program Coordinator must be able to fulfill all of the elements of the Job Description to the highest standard, and be able to work well with colleagues in a high energy, collaborative environment with open communications. Experience Required


  • Two years experience working with teen and young adult population providing career/vocational guidance
  • Two years working in an office environment
