Experience Required


  • 5 years experience in management of food service operation, preferably including large setting or institutional food preparation
  • Culinary background and Senior Living experience desired
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in an open kitchen environment
  • Experience managing multiple operations in accordance with professional and service standards
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing State and Local alcohol ordinances
  • Proven ability to analyze food service operations cost effectiveness and develop budgets
  • Able to obtain and maintain State Alcohol Licensing Certification
  • Able to pass background check, drug screening and TB screening
  • Current Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVD record/history
  • High School Diploma/GED
