The mission of the Virginia Chapter of the Social Enterprise Alliance is to support, develop and promote the social enterprise sector through education, advocacy and collective impact. Our purpose is foundation and field building of the social enterprise sector in Virginia. Members are inspired to work for the growth of the social enterprise sector to help sustain prosperous, diverse and inclusive communities that may otherwise lack sufficient resources for doing so.
The chapter operates with the direction of the national SEA organization and coordinates on projects with people and organizations in Virginia’s expanding social enterprise sector.
